Kitchens are stocked with these basic preparation and serving items: cutting board, knives, pizza cutter, can opener, corkscrew, tongs, measuring cups/spoons, mixing bowls, cake pan, pizza pan, fry pans, sauce pans, pitcher, colander and serving plate/bowl. Also included is a table setting for 12 which includes: mugs, glasses, juice glasses, dinner & salad plates, bowls, silverware & steak knives

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation 72 hours prior to arrival date to receive refund less handling charge. Cancellation within 72 hours of arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit.
- All Resort Rooms, Villas, Condos, Cabins and Retreats are Non-Smoking.
- Room rates are based on 6 people. Each additional person is $15 extra per day per person.
- A two night minimum may apply to some peak periods.
