*Full Kitchens include major appliances as well as a toaster and coffeemaker. Kitchens are stocked with these basic preparation and serving items: cutting board, knives, pizza cutter, can opener, corkscrew, tongs, measuring cups/spoons, mixing bowls, cake pan, pizza pan, fry pans, sauce pans, pitcher, colander and serving plate/bowl. Also included is a table setting for 12 which includes: mugs, glasses, juice glasses, dinner & salad plates, bowls, silverware & steak knives

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation 72 hours prior to arrival date to receive refund less handling charge. Cancellation within 72 hours of arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit.
All Resort Rooms, Villas, Condos, Cabins and Retreats are Non-Smoking.
Room rates are based on 4 people. Each additional person is $15 extra per day per person.
A two night minimum may apply to some peak periods.
